Such an amazing place where you can train near the scariest humans alive while working out to achieve your own physical goals. No matter what level you are at, you will feel like part of the family, and be proud to train here. An amazing, safe environment with an excellent staff and instructors.

The classes are amazing. The coaches are even better. It's always a good time and an excellent workout. Classes have a lot of variety so you never get bored. I highly recommend being apart of the crew.

Being going to Syndicate for years but only recently started classes at Fitness. The team of Norm, Ashley, Casey, Jess & Dr Jacob is best in the biz. If you want to gain lean muscle, improve functional strength, increase flexibility, raise energy levels & just have a greater sense of well being it can start here. A+

This is a great place to work out! They modify for every fitness level. I have worked out with Coach Ashley and Coach Chad and they are both Awesome and super helpful!

Always willing to help explain details of proper form to new people. A family friendly environment. Hard classes but with the right instruction to help get you through.

Coach Ashley, quite simply, is a woman who cares about her students "friends" in a mannor you will have difficulty finding at another gym. She has pushed her limits and is happiest when you're pushing yours.

This gym is full of really nice teammates. Also dropped a lot of weight from this gym. Teachers are so amazing.
