I came here to seek some help with anxiety. I met with Dr. White who ensured me that I was in good hands. After we went through this weird strength test which felt like total scam, he then asked me,”how well off are you?” which should’ve been a huge red flag. He then proceeded to load me down with “supplements” and had me taking 26 pills a day. The total cost for my visit was over $400. I started my supplement regiment the following day and for the first week I felt fine. A week into it I started to have stomach pain, nausea, and a headache that wouldn’t go away. After a week of feeling this way I texted Dr. White which was ignored. Two days later, I texted him again to inform him that I was quitting my regiment due to the nonstop symptoms. He finally responded saying that he would review my file and get back to me. Needless to say, I never heard from him. The only time I heard from him after that was when I texted him over a week later telling him that I was going to cancel my second appointment with him since I wasn’t happy with this expensive treatment and his lack of professionalism. If you’re looking for real help, I’d look elsewhere. I feel ,as many others do, that this place is nothing but a scam.

I saw Matt Budavich for chiropractic services. Was very pleased when I found out he does nutrition as well, since I had been having issues with my GI system. He did a great adjustment and taught me ways to stay healthy. He even helped me on my career path in Charlotte! They offer a ton of services and are very friendly.

Dr. Fodel is the real deal!! She knows her stuff and is never too busy to explain what is going on with your body. Her background mix of biology, chemistry, chiropractic, acupuncture, and natural supplements all combined is second to none!! If anyone's medical doctor cant figure out what's going on and they tell me, I send them to Dr. Fodel. Her schedule is tight but I've waited longer for clients to pay my invoices sometimes. ; Staff is cool...Laura is always on top of her game!

I can not believe there are not a thousand rave reviews concerning this office.  Dr. Fodel is one of the most impressive and sincere health professional I have met.  The office schedule is packed plan way in advance to get in there with people that are being helped with a natural, sustainable approach- many of whom traditional medicine can not help.  I for one have had chronic issues for over 25 years that are now being taken care of.  Ten out of five stars!

I saw Dr. Budavich and it was one of the worst chiropractic experiences I have ever had due to his lack of care and professionalism.  I went in for an initial appointment, as instructed I brought the 12-page intake document completed with my health history. When I arrived and met Dr Budavich, we sat down in his office and rapidly went through my intake form, asking what I was wanting from my visit with him without actually reading through my paperwork.  During my answer, and many others in the appointment, he interrupted me to tell me facts that were frequently not on topic with what we were talking about.  About 45 minutes into the appointment, he asked me my age, which was on the first page of my intake form and had he read my intake form he would have known.  He made a joke about it, however when I am paying a health care professional, I expect that my past and current health concerns be taken into account.  He proceeded to do a physical exam.  He moved my limbs roughly this way and that and did not ask if it was ok to touch in sensitive areas or move my clothing to expose skin.  Finally, the appointment ended with me walking out without a clear idea of if or what treatment plan he had.  He talked about a lot of different topics at the end of the appointment without clearly stating what he suggested for a treatment plan.  Overall, I would not recommend Dr Budavich for chiropractic or nutritional care.

My sister started going to Dr. Fodel and swore by her, so after having some pretty serious gut issues, I had to try it.  I tried getting in with Dr. Fodel, but she was booked for a good 4-6 months.  Dr. White had an opening.  He has helped me feel amazing and my life has completely changed.  I have energy again and have a passion for life.  Everyone needs to try this practice.  The supplements are pricey, but once you figure out what's going on, you can work with them to figure out a better financial plan.  Please try them if you have issues or don't.  They will make you feel better regardless.  THIS IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!!  I love them!

My first appointment with Dr White was pretty indicative of how my experience would be. I had an appointment with him, but he wasn’t seen by him until an hour after my appointment time. He was always at least 15-40 min behind schedule having you wait. I was recommended this place for a chronic issue, was told by Dr White he could help if I took all these supplements... $300+ dollars was the low end of what I “needed” to be back to health not including the fee for the session. This was the price he gave after he asked what you could afford on a monthly basis, he got upset once when I said it was too expensive and he said “you told me this was what you could afford”. Hmmmm Additionally, he was not available to you as he offered to be if you had a question you’d rarely hear back without repeated follow-up usual through his office.  The staff is not customer service friendly, the customer is supposed to adjust to this office’s way of doing business. Numerous requests for email as preferred method of contact was ignore, they only text and don’t respond to email even when you’re canceling an appointment. They call you to change you appointment to adjust to Dr White’s last minute schedule changes even when you’ve been on the calendar for a month. Its not run like the business more like a hobby that charges a lot of money. Unfortunately, I recommended a friend to this place while I was trying to find the silver lining and making excuses for how they operate. She had a WAY worse experience than me with Dr Fodel and the receptionist. She described them as being evasive on even getting Dr Fodel on the phone. Basically, my friend hadn’t provided sufficient reason to have the honor of having Dr Fodel call her. I don’t trust their goal is your health but moreso getting you to buy very expensive supplements from them. As another friend would agree, she had been to this prior to me and we came to the same conclusion about service and objective... $$.

My experience started out well. I was seeing Dr. Fodel, she is friendly,  but has a dry sense of humor and doesn't explain much detail as to what your body is going through, she basically gives you supplements and sends you on your way. The supplements work but are expensive. I had to stop going for a while. I paid off my balance and requested an appt. and never received a response after requesting to schedule an appt.  The appts are scheduled through her assistant Laura. Requested appt. again, and was totally ignored. I won't be going back...

Scam. At the first visit, Ms. Fodel met, discussed health issues, and issued $400 worth of supplements. After reviewing the cost and our budget, we realized that $480/month was not affordable. After calling and explaining the situation, Synergy promised to issue a refund for all unused supplements. After returning $100 worth of supplements, we were surprised to receive a refund in the amount of $24 the following week. When we called for an explanation, the office said, "since you received a discounted office visit for purchasing supplements, we deducted the discounted office visit rate from the refund of your supplements."  Steer clear of this place. It is exorbitantly priced, and clearly does not value honesty and integrity.  DM for recommendations to more affordable and honest clinics.

Dr. Fodel has improved my overall health immensly. I started seeing her 4 months ago due to extreme exhaustion. I can't even begin to describe how great I feel. It is a slow progression, but I am now able to get up at 5 am and exercise. I don't feel lathargic anymore and my energy level is a 8 out of 10 now. She changed my life!
