My father had 24 hr/day home care from Synergy for about a year and half, and he and I were both quite pleased with the results. Most of the caregivers were excellent, in human terms as well as in their technical skills. The company culture is very professional: during each shift the caregiver makes careful notes in a shared logbook, and at each shift change the outgoing caretaker fills in the new caregiver about how the patient is doing and what's been happening. The caretakers also spoke in detail with the hospice nurse whenever she came by, to understand any changes to my dad's medications, and to pass the word along to caretakers in later shifts. Patients and caregivers all have different personalities, and on a few occasions where a caregiver wasn't working out well with my dad, Synergy was happy to swap them out for a different person who was a better fit. Although I've personally dealt only with Synergy, I've heard from other people that the quality of home-care companies varies widely, and that Synergy is one of the best.

Due to the timeliness of caregiver Reena's phone call, we were able to quickly get my mom to ER and admitted. Reena recognized the signs of her medical distress, took appropriate action for my mom, called me, and stayed with her until we got there. We are so grateful.

We hired Synergy to provide homecare services for our mother at Wellbrook Arlington. Reena, the Synergy on site shift supervisor is her primary care giver and has shown a very caring, loving approach to helping her with daily care issues. She calls us with updates, or suggestions and shows that she personally cares for the people she assists. The rest of the Synergy staff are also very supportive and do a great job with our mother.

Synergy has been a gift for my entire family. They have cared for my father, taken care of his needs, and what really impresses me is the way they pay attention to the details. They often provided daily updates on my father's health, and when he was in the hospital they provided hourly updates. My father loves where he lives and the friends that he has and synergy has been the reason he continues to live at home and socialize with the people he enjoys being with. Last but definitely NOT least is the quality of care my father has received via the professional home care providers. Kudos to them all.

Synergy Homecare provides top notch care for residents in my community at Valencia Terrace. We have many residents who are living in independent living that utilizes Synergy Homecare services, and every one of them will tell you how great of a job this agency does to deliver the care they have promised. Any chance I can, I refer families to Synergy. If I ever needed in home care for my own family, I know exactly who I will be calling. The staff I have come in contact with, both at my community and at the office, have been absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so polite, compassionate, and truly want the best for our residents. There are MANY agencies out there that do in homecare, but I would not look any further if you're reading this review- you will not be disappointed with Synergy.

Reena is a caregiver at the Webrook retirement home in Riverside I am the hairdresser and she is very prompt In bringing the clients to their appointments and picking them up when they are ready. If you want your parents to have good care sign up with Synergy .They will take good care of your love ones.

Synergy Corona arranged for in-home care for my 85 yr old mom. Their program is well thought-out, and they provided excellent service with great communication. My mom relocated, and we are using the Synergy office in her new town because of the good experience we had Synergy Corona.
