Pam and all the massage therapists who work at Synergy are the best! They’ve helped me and my whole family with injuries, stiff muscles and just moving better. They are professional and understanding.

This one of the best kept secrets on the UWS. Pam is amazing. She is skilled, knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. She is the best at what she does but also goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy, satisfied and feeling better. I fully recommend Pam and her studio. The studio is clean and easily accessible.

Highly recommended. Pam is a great masseuse. She alleviated some lower back pain. The place is peaceful and very relaxing.
