Jaime worked with my Grandmother and I could go on with how wonderful she was with her. Jaime was patient, knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to be around. She made my Grandmother feel so comfortable and trust her with her knowledge and experience. Jaime was able to take it step by step with her and was always reachable. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. I will refer her to other people I know and contact her when she’s needed again!
Jaimee is amazing -- I was not in the best situation and to me, she went above and beyond by having me complete the paperwork so when the letter came in, the insurance company could readily approve. Yesterday I was in pain and she called to say the brace was in & she put it in her car and I could meet her that afternoon which I did. She is kind and considerate as well having great patience. I didn't feel I put the brace on correctly and called her, she called me right back and when I sent her a picture after trying again, it felt correct and she confirmed. As a former executive at a Fortune 50 company, I would have hired Jaimee in a New York minute, she has all credentials a business wants the face of their company to have.
Jamie was excellent! She was very knowledgeable about the knee brace recommended for me. When the brace came in she took her time to explain how to put it on. Jamie answered my questions and said she was only a call away if I needed her. She is an asset to the company!

$300+ for a TKO brace. I could have went local and got it for less than $50. Never again will I go to this company!
Micheal is very supportive and accommodating of my unique challenges from cerebral palsy and sensory processing disorders.
Avoid these guys if you can. My doctor gave me braces for my hand which were $167.57 each. I did not wear the braces never needed them so I returned them after talking with someone called Claire, who seemed to have assured me about not being charged once the product is returned. Its been 10 months I have been calling Synergy to ask them to stop sending me the bill. But they never stop. They told me every time I called that they took care of the bill and I will not be getting it. But something must be seriously wrong with them and I question how can they be accredited when they do such a POOR job with billing people unnecessarily. I would suggest that no ONE should buy their products. I have been forced to put in this review since again I received a bill for something I never used and returned.
Synergy is amazing! My mom was looking for a DME company to fit her after ankle surgery but was having trouble finding a company that was contracted with her insurance. We tried Synergy.They came to her house, fitted her with a brace and made her aware of the copay before hand so she knew how much it was. Devin was incredibly knowledgeable and enjoyable throughout the whole fitting process! I highly recommend having your doctor send a RX for any medical equipment to Synergy. If they are not contracted with your insurance, which is very very rare, they even will refer you to a company that can handle your case. That truly shows they care and would refer you to a competitor in order to help you! Thank you for taking care of my mom!
This company would not give us the post-op machine for my son's knee without full payment, even though I told them we had met our deductible and BC/BS would be paying. A month later our insurance also paid them in full. This was on August 4 2017 and even though I have been contacting them consistently they still have not refunded me my $492.13. I plan on initiating legal action since this is basically stealing at this point. From the looks of the other reviews I am not the first person they have cheated. I am also going to report them to the orthopedic surgeons at CHOP who referred us. I am involved at that great hospital and I think they'll listen. Please take heed--go somewhere else to get your brace!
