I would have given zero stars but that’s not possible. I arrived for my 10a appointment at 945a. Waited for the truck in front of me for 15 minutes to be allowed inside the gate. I pulled up to the gate pushed to airphone button was told immediately “I’ll be right with you”. Never happened. Today it is 3 degrees out. The sign above the phone says to turn off your engine, also in order to hear if/when the voice on the other side comes back my window must be down. Fast forward to 1115a I am still waiting at the gate. I have re-pushed the button to no avail. I find myself walking around the building to get someone to call to let me in. When I finally get in, the jerk inside asks “are you the driver who SUPPOSEDLY had been here over an hour?” When I explain that yes I am. He corrected me and says “I’ve let trucks in, you haven’t been here”. Mind you my ELD’s say different. My company says different. I was here on time, early even, and you have the audacity to accuse me of being late because the voice on your call box wouldn’t push a button?!?! No wonder drivers hate this company

Nicole is truly one of the best people we work with. This is someone who truly knows what giving good service means. She's quick, always helpful, and overall, beyond excellent.
