Sysco Seattle

Awful dealing with this company and Supplies on the Fly. We had an issue with a new freezer and they refused to replace and/or service the unit. This was a brand new freezer. The salesman, Daniel Carson, kept promising to resolve the issue, meet with us, call us, etc... nothing. I was promised a refund, but... you got it... nothing. I am now having to dispute the credit card charge. Absolutely awful customer service. They just don't care. Do not purchase from Supplies on the Fly... they are only interested in making the initial sale and will NOT take care of their customers. Horrible business model!

Great place. Unloaded 24 hours ahead of schedule. Receiving shack personel are the best. Oh I do unload myself.

I’m not sure that the blame should be on Sysco, but instead the blame should be on Capstone Logistics. I have had bad experiences with Capstone unloading me. Anyway, I’ve been docked for 4 hours. I had a green light for another hour. And I’m late for my next appointment. Docking is tight as well.

Longest check in process I have ever experienced. Almost an hour and still standing outside in line. Insane. Not going to work in the world of elogs.

They take their sweet time counting the boxes. And considering how easy the lumping is. They're pretty high-priced. And they forget to put your load locks back in the box. It's pretty low rent operation. I would recommend avoiding this Sysco in particular. Took the first half of this unload at another company less than 30 minutes to get there stuff off my truck. But this type of crappy service is what you should expect when you get to the Puget Sound.
