Very slow Service. Not a place i will be returning to. You have to pay them to unload their own stuff off your truck. I will refuse anymore loads to deliver to them.

Absolute mo-rons.. My 1st delivery on a FRIDAY ( my busiest day and Saturday) Leonard my rep has 5 cases delivered!!! I need 10 to 15 cases a week. I call and get apologies ...APOLOGIES do not sell chicken! So i give 1 more chance and still ERROR! After the second fowl up I refused to do business with them ever again. Leonard assures me they will credit my account..Long story short...They obviously have been running some kind of dummy invoices at me and Jan in the office tells me she see's where I have had more than 2 deliveries which is incorrect. Leonard also stated that we received a delivery on a Saturday in which they didn't even have trucks out that day in question. Sysco/Leoard are scammers and im so glad i did not cut ties with my other delivery service. 10 thumbs down for Sysco and 20 thumbs down for Leonard. I have all the texts from Leonard stating what my FINAL bill was and I will not pay a dime more. Worst service ever!

Don't count on your list being delivered on time or correct. 6 weeks of late deliveries, 2 weeks of incorrect shipment. 2 weeks of inferior product. Items had been thawed and refrozen several times. 40 minutes to unload 20 cases of product. This company had some serious issues.

Needlessly slow and disorganized. I am almost going to miss a court date in Indianapolis tomorrow am because of running out of hours here waiting. And no nearby parking either, of course
