Friendly staff provides excellent recommendations. Ordered the Boiled Fish With Rattan Pepper Soup and Dumplings. The soup is definitely meant to be eaten with at least 2 people I was very hungry and ate it by myself but would not recommend. The soup is very spicy that after 4 sips it begins to numb your mouth as is normal with spicy Chendu style food. Dumplings were so firm and hearty...That oily chili sauce is so good. Fish soup has generous amounts of fish, mushroom and bean sprouts. Chili and whole black peppers are all over the soup so if want to avoid some heat and numbness there is some scooping to do. I was treated in a friendly manner the staff kept touching tables making sure everything is fine. Very Nice atmosphere and clean. Definitely must have and bring a group of friends!

Location is actually somewhat invisible and really close to a few of my favorites. We had the pork intestines and potato. That dish was amazing and tender. It was not chewy. Beef soup had a significant amount of flavor and condiment was perfectly. Customer service was good and I would like to come back on a busier time to fully experience the following. Would definitely recommend the following place.

Regardless of the taste, there is no hospitality here. First time to be here and last time as well. There are tons of Szechuan food here in LA. Why would I waste my time here. We spent like an hour to get in. Even though there were empty tables. But it seemed that all the waitresses were thinking some else gonna deal with waiting customers. You basically just stand on the street waiting. And no one cares who are waiting. If the food is fantastic, I wouldn't complain too much about the waiting. However, it is Just Ok. I know that Chinese restaurants are usually a bit loud. But I don't why it's super loud in this restaurant, you can barely hear people sitting in front of you. The environment looks nice, but your ears suffer. For the food, one of The dishes we ordered was over fried. It tasted bitter. Do not recommend. If you wanna exercise standing outside, and suffer the attitude, come here for sure.

The best fried crab. All the food we all ordered are good. I don't think if they can be made it any better so I rated 5-star

The Service is very quick and the place had a very clean and modern feel to it. Also spacious with a lot of space. We got the Mapo Tofu, Taiwanese cabbage and Mao Cai (a variety of meat and veggies). The spice level is not too overwhelming and the dishes are very flavorful. The meats were all really tender and love the variety of texture that is in the Mao Cai. There is a nice chewy texture because of the tripe, mushrooms but a nice crunch due to the crispy lotus. I really enjoyed pouring a bit of the broth to my side of plain rice.
