The clothing lineup was rather confusing I ended up having to return everything I purchased. The mix-up was picking from the right line, you know "women's, misses, Junior." As if it's not hard enough just to get the right size. That's why I shop DressBarn, Burke's they have sizes not groups at least where I shop at anyway. I was just really disappointed and of course that was my first time maybe I'll give it a second shot one day. And can add a different review Maybe someday.

I was about to try on a pair of Papi underwear (briefs) and the lady working at the changing room gave me the most insulting stare. I'm just trying to spice up my love life. I did end up purchasing the underwear, but they could have smelled better.

I've never had a bad customer service experience since this store opened... however, tonight the store manager did not honor policy on a pricing error... I explained to her that it was not even about cost- however, she decided not to honor the policy and refused to give her name... I was calm, but disappointed... I have shopped here so many times and considered myself a valued customer, I rarely give bad reviews even when the service is horrible... but I have customers in my establishment and I would dare not send them away displeased even if we don't agree...

Great place to shop. Really good deals on name brand clothes. And the clearances are unbelievable!!
