T.J. Maxx

TJ Maxx has always been one of my go to stores. I shop here, daily. But from now on, I will be driving the extra few miles to a different location. The manager at this store is by far one of the rudest ladies I have come in contact with. I believe her name is Krystal. Honestly, I don't know how she can "manage" a buisness with her poor attitude and social skills. Her "staff" isn't far behind her. They're all VERY unprofessional, ignorant, and unwilling to help their customers in any way. The store is very unorganized, and things are scattered throughout the aisles; So I rely on the staff to help me find what I may be looking for... What a JOKE!!! I have not a single positive thing to say about this store. It's a shame because I absolutely love shopping at TJ Maxx, but I will be taking my DAILY business elsewhere due to such an unprofessional staff and hostile environment.

Its a nice store but be sure to check what you're buying especially if it's makeup. Random people open the boxes up to test products and do swatches.... Highly unsanitary

Very tidy and organized I feel great when I’m shopping at the store but the big downside it’s they need way more variety in their clothes especially in the plus size section, it should be more the once in a blue moon I find some good clothing pieces.

Employees at this store are horrible they treat customers so unprofessionally I have shopped at numerous TJ Maxx Homegoods and Marshall locations and this is by far the worst one I was in there today shopping and I saw a Associate walking around I said excuse me and I asked her if she knew if they had any more of these wicker baskets and she said I don’t know that’s not my job you will have to look around I felt she was very rude and snappy so I asked another associate and she helped me find them I asked her what the associate name was and she said her name was Acacia and she was the Coordinator the young girl that helped me apologized for her and said she is just having a bad day cuz she was overwhelmed with shipment I don’t feel like you should ever treat your costumers like that no matter how your day is going if corporate sent secret shoppers in there and saw how these employees treat their customers they would be appalled I refuse to spend money at a store that is un welcoming.

Kathy is always so helpful and cheery !! She goes above and beyond !! Need more of her .. she definitely makes me visit more often ;)
