Dwayne was professional and very helpful with offering insights into the water flow issues being experienced with my condo. Additionally, when he came on September 6, 2022, to assess why my sink was still experiencing leaking issues, he fixed it and shared that whoever installed the facet did not tighten the washer. His quick action and know-how were reassuring and gave me peace of mind that this matter was being handled properly.

I was a former member of Cinch Home Warranty Services. After Cinch being incredibly unresponsive for our furnace not producing heat throughout November and December, TK Mechanical services went above and beyond to make sure my family was kept warm during the cold days and nights. All the technicians we encountered who tried to fix the unit were respectful, professional, and great at their trade. Carlton specifically took an interest in fixing our unit. After he exhausted all options, a replacement furnace was ordered. Brenda in the office was an angel. She assured me that TK was doing everything in their power to fix the issue. She went above and beyond her job by calming down a 6 month pregnant woman with a small toddler in a cold house that this issue would be resolved. Brenda deserves tremendous accolades as well as raise with her persistence, patience and warmth during a stressful situation. Due to Brenda, if we ever need a service that TK Mechanical offers, we will be sure to use them as well as highly recommend this company to anyone needing any service TK can provide. If there was an option to give more than 5/5 stars, I would select it!
