Hours on Google aren't updated, so people must be constantly wasting their time by showing up to a closed business. It's not that hard to update the hours? Also, horrible attitudes over the phone.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. I had a terrific experience and would go back there again.

The best plater in new york city, one of the few left in business that does micron plating. Caters mostly to people in the trade with $100 minimum. Most orders done in a few days.
