Came in to help a friend replace his lost phone and Sam went so above and beyond, I'm actually considering switching providers. He's an asset, we appreciated his knowledge and help!

Paola and Sam were awesome to work with. They were helpful and answered many questions about devices. T-Mobile is a great company to work with and the Lowry store is one I'll happily come back to for our next phones.
