The reps there are so rude! I have been with T-Mobile for over ten years and have always had a great experience, but this location really makes the whole company look bad. This store is less than five minutes from my house and I go out of my way to avoid going there.

The manager in store couldn't even answer my questions

I just stood waiting while an associate decided that doing inventory was more important than helping a customer, as if my time had no meaning.

Went to return a phone and an African American guy was acting as if I stole the phone. It would be nice to explain to the customer what you’re doing, before using microscope devices and other tools to make sure a phone is original. There was no conversation. I literally felt like I stole the phone that was returned with my receipt.
