T-Mobile

NOTE: This rating is on the STAFF only. Not on the service. (See below) The staff here are AMAZING. I had quite the ordeal of switching to T-mobile, not getting service where I lived, trying to switch back to Verizon, and getting my bills straightened out. But through all that back-office pain, the people were professional and friendly and honestly felt so bad that the other departments were handling it all so poorly. It wasn't their fault that I didn't get internet in my house (which was the primary reason for my switching) and they did everything they could do to help. I would recommend this location for anyone wanting to switch to T-mobile (though I can't recommend the provider over my current Verizon).

Store Manager was combative, pushy, and rude 😠. Refused to provide concrete answers regarding plan and phone. Very untrustworthy. Wanted to stay and shop in Richland, but had to take my $470.00 sale to Best Buy. I wish you could enter zero or negative stars. Would be negative 10!!
