After being a loyal and happy customer for 11 years, T-Mobile customer service and the employees at this location totally screwed me over. And before I realised this, I'd already signed up for a plan with T-Mobile Poland, where I live now. After numerous long distance phone calls (to the tune of almost 100$), I sent my mother into this location (twice) to inquire as to why my phone that's been paid off for over a year still isn't unlocked, and still is unusable with my new carrier... they simply told her it was. Well it's not, and on top of those long distance phone calls I'm having to pay someone almost 200$ over here just so that I can use my paid off phone with my new carrier. I thought T-Mobile had superior customer service to other companies but apparently they're just a bunch of scammers.

The employees at this store are deceptive and lie. They hide plan pricing information from you. I was told I was paying a different rate than they signed me up for. I contacted their corporate office and found out they are a franchise, not a corporate owned store. I asked if they were a corporate store when I entered and they said they were. Avoid this location at all costs.

I wish I could give this store a - star! I went in and the first two cashiers ignored me to be on their phones eventually one asked the girl (who has two toned long hair, glasses seems in her early twenties wish I had caught her name because she was the main problem) if she wanted to help me. I went through a very detailed explanation of why customer service had sent me there and what I needed her to do to figure out why my dad could not text me. She kept telling me he needed to be present, after customer service said it would not be a problem, and he lives in Utah so is absolutely impossible. She kept saying the same "possible problems" I had just explained to her as if I didn't just say it to her 20 times, ans then continued to tell me "it would be easier if your dad was here" when she simply could have put my sim in another phone, texted my dad, and then called to see if he recieved it, THAT'S IT!! but she just wanted to play on her phone and not do her job of customer service! This store is ran by a bunch of ignorant kids, that act like your braking their arm to get help, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I just had an absolutely terrible experience at this TMobile store. I went to get a new screen protector because the old one had bubbled and had a small tear. I was under the impression a replacement screen protector would be free being that when I got my S8 they up sold me on a speaker, an overpriced case ($45), a plastic screen protector ($35) not the glass and a popsocket. First off she said that this bundle was the only way they currently sold tha shape phone. When I asked how they could get away with charging $35 for a screen protector she told me that it was guaranteed for life. If it ever bubble it or voiced your door came loose just come back to the store and they would fix it. She seemed nice so I bought the overpriced screen protector as well as the other overpriced accessories she wanted to sell me. It turns out she was straight up lying to my face I went in this morning and Jordan was working. He informed me that a new screen protector is not free and they do not guarantee their install and it's all on you the moment you walk out of the store. I'm wondering if she's lying about having to buy the bundle as well. Now I have all these items on my account that I'm paying off month by month in a little installments. Items I really didn't want and each one is overpriced. And once Jordan found out I wasn't going to buy anything I got absolutely minimal effort from that guy. I had to ask multiple times if he would look up who sold me all that gear months ago and who the manager was before I got a name out of him. When I asked him where the screen protectors were located so I could look at the price they charve he just pointed across the store and grunted. Keep in mind I was the only customer in the store at the moment. This is just terrible and unacceptable customer service. My family and I have been T-Mobile customers for 18 years but I don't care if you're a new customer customer you should not get treated so poorly. So for Jordan standing behind his desk sipping his tea doing absolutely minimal work and not helping a customer at all and for Britney, if that is the correct name for the girl that straight-up lied to my face in order to upsell me accessories months ago, I give one star and that's only because 0 stars is not possible. I will stick with calling customer care for all my needs in the future and I will avoid dish T-Mobile location at all costs
