T-Mobile

Worst service ever. Everytime I go in, it's the worst. Some of it is a lack of training in the local staff, and some of it is T-Mobile. At the local store I want to add the 45 dollar plan. They tell me they have to charge me a 20 dollar activation fee. Except...I don't. Considering a co-worker had just done that same thing earlier that day without it. After the assistant manager called my coworker a liar, I show him the invoice...still wouldn't do it. Maybe they couldn't, but a company like T-Mobile should have consistency between calling in and going in. I use T-Mobile pre-paid on and off and forget the PIN. I call T-Mobile for assistance to reset it. They tell me to go to a local shop...so I go to this one... Where they say they CANT reset it. Call back...they insist they can. Nope. Finally call in a third time. Get someone who will do something. Get the phone set up with the 45 dollar plan no activation fee. Stories like this happen to me all the time. My fault for continuing to go there, but it's for work. T-Mobile is cheap (in theory) but the service and the coverage is terrible. Could never use them for my primary carrier.

Walked in to look at some phone upgrades for the future but I was lucky enough to have Angel available to go above and beyond and hook me up with a new phone and also add another phone line for a cheaper monthly payment. That guy Angel needs a damn promotion!! Big thanks to Carlos as well for all the help! You need anything phone related hit these guys up best t-mobile customer service in the business!!

no worries guys there has been various locations of BRAND NEW T-MOBILE STORES one is located on 1731 George washington way in Richland another location is Kennewick on 124 ely st kennewick hope THEY can help :)

The store seems to hire people who don't understand customer service or even how to do their jobs. This is the 4th time Ive had to call customer service to have T Mobile fix this store's mistakes. I asked for my plan to upgrade to the 2 phones for $110. The associate was confused and ignorant to what he was doing. He even argued with me and my boyfriend about who was helping us earlier in the day. When I got my bill and called customer service to find out why I wasnt pro-rated for the charges we were suppose to get this month, they said the store didnt enter it in correctly and I was going to be charged 2 for $150!!! They didnt even change my plan so Im paying for the 2 for $110 next month ON TOP OF my prior plan because the store didnt change my plan at the beginning of the month like they were suppose to... wasted 20 min of my time today and more when I get next month's bill. And they never offer anything to apologize for all the time and money they wasted. Love T Mobile; hate going to this store.

I went there to upgrade my phone with my boyfriend Ricky helped us and it was the best customer service I have ever had! Everyone was very helpful and nice, Ricky definitely went above and beyond to help us!
