T-Mobile

This store added phone insurance to my phone without my consent (11 days after I bought the new phone). I have called T-Mobile and submitted feedbacks regarding this location. It's unacceptable.

Garbage service. Called this store because of the good reviews. Asked about availability of a phone, and was ready to make the switch from Verizon. All I got was a lazy, sarcastic employee. I'll pay more for better service from Verizon.

This is the best T-mobile store in Seattle. Reginald was so helpful and his team was super nice and fun. Unlike other stores I felt like the staff genuinely cared and appreciated me as a customer. Because Reggie had such great customer service I decided to go ahead and switch from Sprint to T-mobile. I love my new phone and I look forward to service with T-mobile. Thank you! P.S. other Tmobile stores could learn a thing or two from the staff on 23rd and Jackson. Chi and Magic were also great.

I had been putting off getting a new phone for months. I had gone so far as to have a friend open up my old Nexus 5 and replace some parts... but finally last night I found my Nexus to be beyond repair. I went in today expecting it to be like when you buy a car- terrified of some salesman trying to push products on me that I wasn't interested in. Instead I worked with Eric. There were a couple employees when I went in, and Eric was so much more polite and professional than the other people working. We were able to upgrade my plan to Unlimited for no charge and he took the time to make sure I wasn't spending hundreds of dollars on a phone with features i didn't need. THEN he even helped me migrate all my accounts and installed the case and screen protector. THANK YOU ERIC!! I highly recommend him next time you're in the store!!!
