Went from 5 stars to ONE star in a month. Would give this location ZERO. This means they have outdone themselves by being WORSE than Spectrum. Congratulations. They flat out lied to me about my plan price. My first bill was $180. Was told it would be $50. Filing official complaint with Indiana AG office and FTC as well as trying to protest with T-Mobile corporate. Went in to resolve the issue and the unholy trinity in the store basically rolled their eyes. We'll see about that. You knowingly and willingly misled a consumer as well as tacked on services I don't even have. That's illegal. Good luck to one of us. Amazing, because the actual mobile service after doing a ton of tech work and installing additional signal boosting equipment works great. Their tech support over the phone is also great. The people at this store make used car salesmen and payday loan places look like shining beacons of the community.
Kayla was the best customer service provider I have ever had experience with in my entire life and I am in the industry of customer service just something different so I know how important it is. We went somewhere else and left within 5 minutes because the customer service was so awful but Kayla made us feel more like a friend than a customer and explained everything to us clearly and fully! I will definitely recommend Kayla and Tmobile every single time!
Staff was nice, the store is neat and clean. The staff is very informative answer all are questions. Took less than a half hour to set up three phones. I recommend this T-Mobile store in Clarksville, Indiana.
Sabrina really helped us. She was really nice. Our daughter sat at the table while Sabrina gave her a pack of goldfish crackers. She came up with great idea and applied it to our phone plan. Will DEFINETLY be back!
The worst customer service ever! We entered in the store and nobody approached to asked what we needed. Not even told us to sign up or nothing. They just ignored us. Is it because we are Latinos? The guy In front of us didn't bother to tell us to wait a moment. They just were looking at us if we were close to any of the devices that are display. Except for the guy that actually took care of us and the other guy who came to check on us.
Kayla at the TMobile store on Veterans went above and beyond with her customer service. She was even available after hours to provide valuable information to me. Thank you Kayla.
Dylan was very helpful. He helped us figure out our bill, replace a screen protector, get a new phone and transfer everything to the new phone. He was very patient, kind and helpful I really appreciate his time and effort.
My fiance and I went to the Clarksville store on 9/09/22 at 4:30pm. There was an African American gentleman and a white female working. They were both with customers. They both looked at us as we entered the store but said nothing. We stood around for about 15 minutes while they worked with their customers. Still neither acknowledged our presence. We finally decided to leave. It's poor customer service not to acknowledge a customer entering your store. Hi, welcome to T-Mobile. We'll be with you as soon as possible. Is that so hard to say? The gentleman looked in our direction a few times but had a look on his face as if he was thinking "what the heck do you all want". Instead of getting a tablet as we planned we are now looking for a new cellular provider.
Offers many phones but not Metro location.. don't take your phone to be fixed there... Nor phone bill..
Had a great experience. They handled our complicated phone swap request with ease and professionalism.
