I went in the T-Mobile store to pay my bill and it happened fast, and smoothly. Good!!!

Worst Customer Service possible by Michael. At 630p closes the door, when the store closes at 7. Doesnt care customers are waiting, does not want to sell new lines because he wants to leave. This way companies do not progress.... Thumbs down for Michael.

I truly love this T-Mobile. I commute from a different state just because I love how the staff treat their customers. They are extremely professional, reasonable, and accommodating, whenever I have a problem. The staff know exactly what they are doing and are always honest with me. Thank you so much to the manager and Nikki for always working with my personal needs.

I always go to this store for all my phone needs. The team there have always been an awesome group. However today i was there, once again, and this young man named Sam was absolutely fantastic!! He took his time, was very patient with me, i feel he went above and beyond. Kudos to him, a great employee!! Thank you Sam...

Nevertheless a fast paced environment, these individuals are well knowledgeable and professional with results. If there is a crowd they get moving about handling issues, concerns and as I have experienced a harmonious end result. The store is clean and my experiences have been with satisfactory outcomes. I would recommend this location compared to other T- Mobile stores.

Horrible. Went in to get a pre-paid plan back in service and walked out without even trying the service . Turned out they did nothing, wound up going to the t-mobile in Belleville. T-mobile please teach your employees how to leave their biases at home at the very least and to serve the customer at the very best of their abilities.

This place is horrible I went in to pick up a phone that I had ordered through the replacement warranty from T-Mobile.I had a bad feeling when I walked in to the store, I asked the representative about the phone that was delivered for me he at this store, he told me that his manager did not get the phone today. I told him I spoke to T-Mobile customer service and they confirmed it was delivered two days ago. I call T-Mobile 611 customer service from outside the store the customer service representative confirmed that the phone was delivered two days ago and call the store, she spoke to the same individual that attended me at the store, when the T-Mobile customer service rep called apparently the phone was found when the customer service representative ask the store rep if I could go get the phone they said sorry they can't because they're in a high-crime area and that they already closed but I was right in front of the store and watch them let two customers in after 7 p.m. When supposedly they already have closed for the night but also I witnessed the story of representative lock the door at 6:54. This is bad business and I wonder why this T-Mobile location is empty all the time.

Not what it use to be ! I use to go to this location and deal with Fernando the manager. He provided honest and excellent customer service. After he left things seemed to fall apart. The associates have a difficult time doing simple task . They struggled transferring information from phones , putting new sim cards , and they misinform customers on the offers and deals. Misleading customers to benefit their pay. Overall I would not recommend this place .I would suggest the store located in Belleville NJ on Washington Ave .

Horrible service just want to sit there and do nothing. Worker had family member in there talking but didn’t want to do work smh

Made me hate Tmobile. Came into this store told the guy Sales rep ending in 316 MULTIPLE times u have to makr sure u put my Apartment number or the package will get returned. And guess what happened. I HAVE TO TRAVEL. CAME HERE PUT DOWN ALMOST $400 ON A PHONE TO NOT RECEIVE IT.
