Switch to T-Mobile from Verizon for a cheaper plan and for the promotional offers. We had a few hiccups with a miscommunication from an employer on what was offered but the manager at the Marrero store Jonathan assured us it would be handled and it was. He kept in touch with me throughout the process of correcting the error. Great staff and great service. No problems with the network and no dropped calls or dead spots.
Went to this location today. I was in the store with my family for 25 minutes and did not get a hello I'll be right with you or anything. I came in to purchase two iPhones. We wanted to purchase with cash. $2500 lost for bad customer service. We will go elsewhere to send our hard earned money. Management needs to call a meeting and train better
My mother brought her phone in because it has been running slow, and she is having trouble receiving and dialing out. The T-Mobile worker did not really help at all. The worker just said it is because of apps, but the worker never really looked at her phone or even tried to help resolve the issue. We were very disappointed in the customer service.
after spending the better part of the morning on the phone with Tmobile and them approving my claim and the lady on the phone telling me to have them check the notes and contact her so that she could explain the process that needed to happen to complete my claim , well i walked in and when it was my turn i told the sales clerk ERIK what the lady on the phone call told me and showed the paperwork after explaining to him that she wanted to speak to them and she would explain further he totally dismissed it and said i am going to go discuss with my manager MIKE, he comes out about 10 minutes later and telling me that i needed to do other things and they dont do that here.. I asked if he was going to call her and i was told very rudely no . I really dont understand when i spent all morning on the phone and get told one thing and then get to the store and they do not even listen to me and its the rudest experience. I guess the manager was too busy doing nothing to even come out and explain why. So my suggestion to anyone is forego the store and the inexperience and deal with tmobile on the phone, they have a wealth more of experience and they are much nicer.
Very nice staff. Took no time at all to talk to someone. Helped me find a promotion. They didn't have the phone I was looking for in stock, they helped me find it at another store.
Operating hours online and even on their store's door are incorrect. We had an appointment because we needed two new phones but we will just take our business elsewhere. Sprint is gone anyway, don't need to make a switch to T-mobile. Bye!
Have been with T-Mobile for more than 17 years -- can't beat the products or service. No problem is ever too large for them to solve. I'd like to add the tech service and other services available via 611 is always on the money. T Mobile seems to be able to hire the best in every division.
Went in to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 6 Plus. The salesperson Mark wouldn't stop taking phone calls while he was processing my order, even though there was another staff member in the store at the time who could have taken the calls. He ordered the wrong phone because he wasn't paying attention. Now I am on hold with T-Mobile Customer Care trying to fix this so I don't have to wait even longer to get the phone. This is a terrible experience. When I spoke with him about trying to cancel the order, he said he "had to take the phone calls." Pay attention to the customers in your store, or they won't come back! Should have just ordered it online myself!
The manager Heather is a great asset to T-Mobile. She went the extra mile to make sure I w
