We were so impressed today by the service rendered to us by Bryan/Daniel. He was so kind and helpful. We came here after going to 24st and baseline and getting the wrong quote and the guy there was less than helpful and dismissive. So glad we decided to give 51st a shot because we left SOOOO pleased!! Thank you so much!!

My son's cousin transferred his cellular data to his phone, and even after spending 2 hours on the phone with customer care, we still could not transfer the service back. I walked into the T-Mobile on 51st and Baseline and explained my issue to Crystal, and in a matter of less than 5-10 minutes, she had him up and running. All with a smile on her face. Excellent customer service, Crystal. My experience with T-Mobile hasn't been the best, but I was completely satisfied today. Thank you, Crystal!

Walking into this location everyone had good high energy. I will say it was a process trying to get my phone activated due to the 2nd party!! I also Appreciate Melyssa helping me through out this hassle with a smile on her face. It was good vibes talking to her good laughs with her with this process. Thank you for your good customer service Melyssa I enjoyed the laughs n was completely satisfied today.

I recently visited this T-Mobile location and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service I received from an associate named “Crystal”. Despite not making a purchase, the staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist me with my inquiries. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable information about their products and plans without any pressure to buy.

Meylessa was really helpful getting me started on an new line setting up my phone and showing me how to set up my AirTags she’s an really nice person would recommend her if u need help

Everyone at this location is quite helpful, professional, and seemed to know what they are doing. Some people at other stores I've been to were vague like a"Dear in headlights" This store was handing customers coming in with problems, questions and they were right on it.. taking care of people. Customers were leaving happy, with smiles on their faces!! Me included!!

Worked with Melyssa, she was honest and straightforward. She helped me make right a situation I did not understand quickly and professionally. What I appreciated the most was her integrity. Thank you

I never been to this location before but I decided to stop by and see if I could get any assistance with the issues I was facing. A representative by the name of Crystal was quick to make me feel welcomed and provided all the information I needed! I will definitely return to see Crystal for anything regarding my account!

Melyssa was great she helped me for two hours of me trying to decide what to do, and didn’t not rush me at all. She had so much patience with me. Then also help me transfer my iCloud over and I could not remember my password which took another hour. Look she still didn’t rush, and that was awesome of her. So I felt totally comfortable and will definitely come back to the store because of her customer service skills.
