I went to this T-Mobile looking to look at phones and prices. She recommended me the purchase protection plan since my phone is broke so I can trade it in and then get money off of a new phone. I told the sales representative that I’ll think about it and come back if I want it. The next day I received a message saying “ T-Mobile message: Thanks for purchasing Protection360 for your device on 10/11/2022.” They will just add stuff to your account that you did NOT ask for just to make a sale! Never coming back to this location again.

Terell the manager was extremely disrespectful. Talked trash about me and the person i came with, to his coworkers. Very unprofessional with sarcasm while not knowing him on a personal level.

The service here is amazing. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming! Victoria helped me out so much with upgrading my phone and transferring service. I am only going to this tmobile store from now on I love it there.

I had the most amazing, smooth, quick and friendliest visit at a tmobile since I can't even remember. Efrain was knowledgeable; he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchaseupgrade. BONUS honey!!! I will definitely be returning to this location. Also, every staff member was with a customer and I noticed the respectful essence. Great job to all!!

The customer service was poor on my visit. My wait was long. Also, there's a charge to pay your phone in person.

Very hopeful staff willing to listen to the issues you are facing with your cellular device. They're very attentive and prompt when it comes to time and making sure they give you accurate information. I'd recommend anyone in the area to go to this location if you need assistance beyond the app. Thank you to the staff there for accommodating my issues and directing me to another store where I could get my phone as it was out of stock at this location.

Great customer service and made sure everything was cleaned and sanitized before me and my family. The manager Brian was very patient even after my daughter repeatedly touched the phones. He wiped it down every time and kept reassuring me that she wasn’t a bother to him. I appreciate the patience and thoroughness he and his staff had from the moment We walked in until the moment we left. Best experience I’ve ever had with any company.

Frank just helped me and my mom get our phones situated with a new plan. He was extremely patient with us and super helpful. Very grateful for his experience and help!
