Issues with my phone were researched and when no "work around" was helpful, they assisted me by ordering the replacement. I opted to immediately jump into a new phone due to the many issues with the previous brand and was assisted. The entire experience was pleasant and even when we had a hiccup, the managers and staff were accommodating and a joy to work with.

Even though I arrived at 7:45pm and they close at 8pm, the clerk patiently assisted me. I needed to reset my password, update my payment card and purchase more storage because I had very little left. Infact my phone had stopped the backup process. Everything accomphlished. Very good customer service.

Estevan always take care of me when I come to TMobile but he was going on break so he pasted me to Ayanna and she did a Super Fantastic job thanks to both of you.

Estevan IS the Best We have been with T-Mobile over 15yrs... Today at the Tmobile location Killian/near Walmart the worst!! Decided to find a another T-Mobile store upgrade a phone & the other screen replacement So glad we did. We were greeted so nicely by Estevan. Estevan is a customer service beast! I came in heated and he tackled my issue while helping literally 6 other customers at the same time. Extremely knowledgeable about all the products and services, and knocked ALL of us out in a very timely manner. I would very much like to buy from Estevan again in the future

After leaving Verizon years ago, T-Mobile is not only an outstanding performance company, what they hire some of the greatest people I have ever met regardless of the concern or issue you have. Esteban, Leslie have been incredibly helpful at the store on to notch as well as Michael and Jade in the sand hills store! They should all get huge raises!
