Went into this location last week and I was extremely disappointed. We got helped by the only Latino guy there that had such a horrible attitude. My dad was asking him questions about the phones and plans and he just had such a horrible attitude towards my dad he would answer questions that made my dad feel stupid for asking questions. All he did was just stand there chewing his gum with an attitude. My dad still wanted to purchase but I said no because I was not going to give him my sell. Will not be back or recommend this location.
By far the worst store company to go. I had my gf get the internet box and when I no longer wanted it I canceled it within 2 months and tried to return to the store just like I was told to do so when no longer using the device. I took it they told me that i would have to call customer service and get a shipping id number by mail so that I can mail it back to T Mobile that never happend didn't receive no email or anything by mail. I went to the store and asked for help the store manager told my wife to call customer service and ask for the shipping number again. This has been the worst scam and should feel ashamed of yourself for lying and making me pay for something i tried to return to the store. Charging me 380$ for a box that I dont use and canceled i will be talking to my lawyer thank God for laws and receipts.
$35 activation fee for an upgrade? Get the phone online and wait 2 days and forget the stupid activation fee, having 12 lines…. Make the math…. Reply: activation fee for an upgrade? I agree if I'm adding new lines, not upgrading my phone, be more conscious with your customers, phone support take care of my case and they void the fee, that's why I got the 2 phones. Reps give me the phone sealed, they didn't touch it. Can remember the name of the representative who handle my case at the store, but him is a 5 .
Manager Fernando and Customer service rep Alex horrible customer service. Took off from work to get a new phone and rep must not wanted to come in to work received us with an attitude from the minute she walked up to us. When complained to manager he justified her actions and talked bad about their own customer care people and other employees. Nothing to do with our complaint. Needless to say. Did not purchase a phone nor will I ever come to this particular store ever again
Found out that the free tablet that they are offering is not available to me even though I am paying for an extra line that I don't use they still won't give me the tablet free, they want me to add another line in order for me to get this so-called free tablet, if it says something is free and it is not then I believe that is false advertising! My experience was not very good on this visit they could not even fix a problem on my phone that I was having all they could do is tell me about a promotional phone to replace the one I was having trouble with! This was probably the worst visit I ever had with T-Mobile! Don't tell people that things are free and then charge them oh, beware if they tell you something is free it is really not free! And I give
Very professional and kind atmosphere. Had a young lady and gentleman help me to set up a new line and although there was an issue due to the device I brought in a watch that had more than one step to connect to their network they patiently and with professionalism helped me out. It took about an hour or more but they didn't give up. I apologized on my end because it was my watch that was giving so much trouble but their customer service was excellent. Once again thank you tmobile team !
Walk ins needed to wait until one of associate is available and to be turned away just to let you know they do not support cell phone repairs!
Completely awesome experience. Got a good deal on a new device REVVL 4+, and the service was excellent. Hector was friendly and completely professional. He answered all of my questions - of which there were many - and explained all of the available options in straightforward, easy to understand language. Again, a completely awesome and relaxed experience. I will be doing all of my future business at this location. Thank you very much!
I really like to my bill here. No head trips! Great customer service. Jose was very helpful great character! Kind and helpful! If we had more people like Jose this world would be a better place!
I had an excellent experience at the Chino store with Kelvin. Kelvin was so patient and so helpful . I really advise you to ask for Kelvin, He's the Best!
