From the time I called Kristen was amazing! Took a visit to the store, she was so welcoming, Edgar was assisting customers with such good vibes I had to ask his name. Diamond and I had a very relatable moment lol. Kristen made my transaction super smooth and gave me additional assistance with returning my equipment. Dex also was there with smooth cool vibes! They made it so I was able to forget about my knee pain temporarily. Please keep this team and keep them together total AWESOMENESS my new store as long as they are there!

At this specific location, the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They never answer the phone, and when you go in person they act as if you are a inconvenience to them. In all honesty this entire staff needs to be gutted out and replaced with people who will actually do their jobs and help the customer. Worst service from a T-Mobile location I have ever received.

We have had the best experience at the T-mobile store in Marlow Heights, Md. The customer service was outstanding. Kristin Butler was able to help us find the right phone for us. She is very knowledgeable, fast and accurate. She also offered us different options and upgrades that might be beneficial to us. She was able to help the other sales people when they had questions. You can tell she loves her job and customer service is her main objective. I will surely tell my friends and family to go to her for any phone needs.

I love coming to this T-Mobile! The staff is amazing! I go to see Kristin every time. She is very knowledgeable about all things T-Mobile. She always displays excellent customer service by understanding what I’m trying to do and walking me through what’s going on so that I also understand. They also play some of the BEST music I have ever heard in a store! I was in there having a mini concert while waiting to be helped and the wait was worth it! Yall are the best.

Great service from miss Kristen. Every time I come rather it be me and my husband paying the bill or fixing our phones she always goes out her way to assist us. Today was really busy she was able to multitask with our problem and another customer also while helping out her co workers with their issues . I was blown away I thought she was a manger now . Customer service like this makes us always want to come in and not call the 611 number . Over all she is amazing and we will return .

The best customer service!!!!! This T-Mobile store was fast and very in tune with there customers Kristen Butler was immaculate even short staffed she was able to accommodate all the ppl in the store I highly recommend this location

First off they gave me the wrong screen protector. Even though I told them that it was the wrong one. But they insisted, and said that it will fit just fine. Which they were wrong about.
