This place is extraordinary; they put Fourth Street to shame! Really,truly caring employees, even the temporary ones. After getting screwed at Fourth Street,Baxter is my new T-Mobile. We set up my notebook quickly,and my friend and I still made it to Kroger and back before dark. I am impressed.

Extremely rude employee who couldn't grasp that it was impossible to call my wife when she had her phone in her hand. Wow I would hzve expected better in customer service....will never go to this store again.

Can't remember his name, but he was a HUMUNGOUS help with helping me transfer my information from my old phone to me new one. Needed a tip jar.
