T-Mobile

Very poor customer service. I'll gladly drive to a better neighborhood for quality service. The whole experience was so drastically different than my experience at the T-Mobile located by my son's preschool. Even the T-Mobile stores in the shopping malls are friendlier and actually enjoyable than this one.

Shari and Jack the best customer service in here. They help me a lot for the pre-order iphone 12, I switched the line from pre-paid to post-paid and Shari tried all her best and helped me to get the refund from my prepaid to post-paid account very fervour, nicely, and lovely! She's friendly person here! Love this place so much!

I just came to the storebabd it is over an hour before they close but the door is locked and the employee inside waved me away.

This location conveniently located. Only been there twice. As a T-mobile customer. I must say, this is the happiest I've ever had with phone dealers. AWESOME!!!

Always polite and very helpful. Had to visit them twice since getting the new Samsung S20. Will continue to go there
