We're long-time TMobile customers, & have had various technical problems over the years. The good folks here at the store have always put us on the road toward getting them resolved. Shoutout for the store veterans; there is some degree of turnaround here, so it is always good to see familiar, helpful faces like Karina. Thx, guys!

Purchased a pair of headphones last Friday 9/27 and already they are broken. Refused to work with me for a refund or an exchange. I have filed an escalation with T Mobile corporate. $30 is a drop in the bucket for T Mobile. Corporate greed and poor customer service at their finest.
