Very bad, they accept my money without ID, but when I ask for replace my phone by insurence I'm paying more then year don't accept if I don't show the ID they want.

Unprofessional rude staff and management they always having attitude as if their doing me a favor and what worst than telling a T-Mobile customer if you don’t like it switch to another carrier.... Never ever again
