The T-Mobile associates are outstanding at the Grand Ave location in Maspeth. They are polite, knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you Jeff.

This store is absolutely amazing. The store is clean and efficient, Alexa and Dewan helped me alot switching from sprint to T-mobile. Such a wonderful experience 10/10 will recommend to come to this store. Ask for Alexa and Dewan.

I’m very disappointed with the service here. I was assisted by Shah. The entire time he was on his phone, snapchatting. I’ve been with Tmobile for 5-6 years now and this is the only time I encountered an associate like this. I do not recommend coming in this location.

The manager told me I could not change my sim card here. Why do we give them this much power? These mega-corps should be held responsible for enslaving us...

Shame....half of employees hide in the of store simulating work

The staff was very helpful and informative. Was switching from another carrier and they explained thoroughly what I was getting with my plan and how much my monthly bill will be. Thanks Masum, Jeff and the rest of the staff.
