Best service ever. I was helped by Angel Fogah because my phone was stolen in a robbery and I needed a new SIM card. Aside from her professional and quick help, she was so kind and understanding! She should be a therapist -- she has a gift for listening to people and saying just the right thing. Thank you Angel!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Victor P. He is one of of those employees who goes above and beyond to make sure a costumer is satisfied! I have experienced a lot of bad costumer service in general but his costumer service left me so pleased with T-Mobile!!! He was amazing, ask for him when you go into the store 10/10 !!!!

I want to say first all the employees there are nice and polite. I had an issue with my phone Darwin Almonte took his time and was very patient. I was ready to give up on the phone Darwin assured me that he could fix it. He fixed it and my phone is working much better. Thanks again Dawin.

I walked in looking to open up 3 lines and I was helped by Victor. He was very helpful, polite, and patient. Converting to T-Mobile was much easier and the process was very smooth due to the help I received. Thanks again for everything! Anyone looking for a T-Mobile store to go to I recommend this one!

I purchased a tablet for my daughter and Kenya was very helpful in helping set up and buy it for my daughter. She was great go to Kenya when you go to T-Mobile on 14th and 1st.
