I went to the this tmobile store very frustrated because my phone was glitching . I wanted a new phone. Zahid had taken care of me and done a spectacular job. He was patient, calm and told me everything I needed to know in detail. He we the extra mile and even transferred all my data. I had a great experience here, I’ll be back.

I am glad there was a mandarin speaker in store was able to help my mother who doesn't speak English.

the employees here are young enough to be my children - they are also smart, knowledgeable and professional. they were able to solve my phone problems. they also work hard for T-Mobile - don't be surprised if you leave with a new tablet, watch and other T-Mobile products. a good deal is a good deal ‍

Went in to upgrade my phone and perla was very patient with me. She helped me transfers all of my data to my new phone which I love! I’m not very tech savvy and thankfully she explained a lot of things to me
