I'm sorry but this store does not have qualifying staff to represent the T-mobile brand whom I been with for years. I have NEVER been to a store with such rude and disrespectful staff like this place. I honestly would visit another mile or two store than to be serviced by this one in particular.

Tmobile is a great company making prices go down and offer competitive services. However, some retailers have staff that do not work professionally and putting the prestige of the company down. They are not knowledgeable and behave very rude. I hope Tmobile will ensure workers adopt the good standards of customer service.

Horrible service. Even a simple desire to view the products and ask about them the staff seemed to be socializing with friends instead of attending the many. There was also a line of others waiting to be seen.

No bad experiences here ever. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but that's to be expected.
