The location on Flatbush and Church ave the worst employee's. They never know what they are doing and have the worst attitude. They're lucky I gave the 2 stars

I had a good experience at this T-Mobile store. I was greeted very nicely and the agent who attended to my phone issue worked quite diligently to resolve the problem. This is my favorite T-Mobile store in the neighborhood.

I went here a few times and loved it but this last time they tried to get my credit card information and stated that it was new policy watch out they might be scamming people. it was the woman manager and a light brown skin guy w short hair so if you got T-Mobile you better off shopping online or a different store.

Nicholas was super helpful, took care of everything from start to finish. Thanks Nick. I think you went above and beyond.

There's a guy named Nick who served me and he's VERY patient, organised and explains everything down to the grain. I never felt scared or iffy to ask him questions so I recommend going to him.
