They need more training a lot more.
I went there today, horrible customer service, Diana did not made me feel welcome at all and had a very bad attitude. Long wait outside, crowded and only 2 staff.

The manager of this store never made a report about me trading in two iPhones 7 since november 2018 So now costumer service is telling me that I owe 1200 dollars for two cellphones ... Very disapodisapp

To long of a wait to make payments. And I also asked questions about a phone n plan and the reps their had no knowledge of it. So I just think they should Kno more bout what TMobile carries seeing that they work for them
