Good customer service small store
I stopped by today to buy a protector for my iPhone and had a really nice experience. I found the Tech 21 that I had years ago and Tylilah was so helpful. She cleaned my phone and placed it in the protector for me. Thank you T-Mobile!

Be sure to check your receipts at this location! I recently upgraded to a new phone and was asked if I wanted a protection plan, in which I told them NO. Two weeks later, I see a new protection plan service charge on my bill! On top of that, they attached the new phone installment plan on the wrong line in my family plan!
