Been a t mobile customer for 15 years. Its not horrible at times they lack in customer service but its usually best stay positive and work through whatever issues come along.
The young gentleman that helped me and my elderly father was very patient, kind, didn't make us feel rushed and he explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood everything and made notes for me
This is the SLOWEST phone store I've ever been to. Been here over and hour and they have to keep re starting the process of doing anything. And then leave us and then come back and restart. They very clearly dont know what they are doing. And there was pretty much no one else there.
Smooth transaction! Bought my daughter a new phone for Christmas. The salesperson was very helpful. I'd buy from them again.
