The burrito pictured had a huge clump of sour cream only at one end of the poorly wrapped tortilla. Mexican pizza had a ton of sauce and barely any cheese and meat only on half of it. Not pictures was a Dorito taco that had some kind of weird brown stuff smeared on the outside of the shell maybe beans but not sure, didn’t even try eating it The guy at the cash register forgot he charged my card and asked me if I had paid already. Normally this location is pretty good but tonight was a huge flop.
I love This Taco Bell location! Always has been the best in my opinion. Staff is always nice my orders always been correct! And you can still order your $5 box meal and create your own by ordering in the app! There mango freeze slushy is soo good!!
This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They were out of everything so they could not make my mobile order. And when I why, so I could try and order something else. She started yelling at me. How the manager that was there tonight has a job there, is beyond me. I have wrote corporate about her numerous times. Some people should not be in customer service. Let alone managing a restaurant.
Ordered the number three. Which consisted of large drink, taco and Burrito supreme. I ordered for take out drove 5 minutes and decided to try my soft taco. Unfortunately it was cold as was my Burrito. So with that said I must give them three stars. Facilities were top notch and very clean.
I've had multiple orders in a row all made incorrectly or missing items. I shouldn't have to check every food item to make sure it was made correctly. Also, what's the point for paying extra for toppings and it's not on the food? And why are the cups of cheese for the chips not even half filled? It's a shame this is the closest location to my house.
Apparently the closing time is just a suggestion? Or is it that the closing time is when the workers leave to go home and not when the restaurant stops serving customers? I have now been to this location on three separate occasions where they have stopped serving, and are inside visibly cleaning/closing up, anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes before the listed closing time. It's fine if that's when you guys want to close up shop, but maybe change your listed hours so people aren't wasting their time and gas driving to the location to get some food when you're not actually open.
Went for the dine-in and approached the counter to order. Started to ask about menu items. The customer employee stopped me and said that it is against employee policy to assist customers at the counter Hope that your zero customer interaction with diners work out.
Fast , friendly and food was hot and fresh . Normally don't go to this taco bell .it's the best I have been toFood: 5/5

Manager and drive thru employee very rude and cuzz myself and my nephew out because i told her she needed to learn cistomer service and check her attitude i expect them to be replaced since i am a very frequent customerService: 1/5
