Taco Bell

I ordered via the Taco Bell app. The food took an hour to arrive, I wasn't worried about that. When the delivery driver arrived, I received one crushed bag and no beverages. There were so many stickers on the bag I had to basically ruin the bag to find out that only two things I ordered and two things I didn't order arrived. I was missing 90% of my order. I'm pregnant and was having a major craving, so I ugly cried. My husband and I then drove half an hour to that store to get the items we orders and to bring back the order we received. I explained the issue to the cashier in drive thru, handed her the jacked up bag, and the receipt. After I explained she called me a liar and slammed the window. We sat there not sure what was going on, not knowing if we were going to get the order we paid for. After about 5 minutes, she opened the window and threw a bag at me. I said thank you as she slammed the window shut. I'll never order Taco Bell again, if I have a pregnancy craving for it I'll just make tacos at home. I cried all the way home. There was no cause for any of that. I was polite and very calm. I didn't blame anything on the cashier, but she took it personal. I just wanted the food I paid for, that shouldn't be a crime.

The food was fresh and the lady at the window was super nice...she had the best customer service I've seen in a long time...I'd go back just to deal with her...keep up the great work

Pulled up 30 minutes after opening hours to get breakfast, and despite the lights all being on, nobody answered the intercom despite saying hello a few times. Waited a few minutes, when I left through the window, I saw an employee sitting in the lobby at a table. Taco bell breakfast crunch wraps are great, wasn't able to get anything at this location though.

Wrong order, long wait, and even the order had the even less than usual. I didn't think you could mess up a taco but they can. One would think that with ALL the negative comments the owners would get things fixed.

Never disappointed with the food from the bell. Staff here was friendly & quick to make our order.Bob tailed here while waiting for fed ex load.

Terrible service. I asked for a small cup of sour cream and the lady told me it's too late. At 1st I thought she was joking until she closed the window and late told me I'll have to go back around the line. I can't believe how pety and unprofessional she was.

Good service, due to the hub, lunch lines can be long due to limited fast food options in the area.

Horrible. If I could give 0 I would. My food was cold & stale when I got it. My drink was hot & didn't have any ice. They forget my burrito & my cinnamon sticks or whatever they are called was stale & now my throat hurts. I will NEVER be eating here again.

They didn't put any sauce napkins or straws in the bag and my cinnamon twists were hard as a rock. Everything else was fine.

What's the hot cold warm sweet and bitter tea y'all I'm back. Well here is some cold tea for ya. I think people get wor out working fast food and there adutudesss start stinking. Well I'll give you three stars until you treat the tea man better
