Staff seemed friendly that is all I can give that's worth a single star. Waited over 1 hour in the drive thru line to pick up a mobile order I placed 15 minutes before arrival. Finally got my food and went home just to find a piece of blue rubber glove mixed in with the lettuce in my taco. Super disappointed, wanted to leave feedback but the receipt was missing all info linking it back to this location and lacked the code to leave feedback as advertised all over the back of the receipt. Wish I could have left a better review but man, an hour for 2 tacos, a burrito, cinnamon twists and a side of rubber glove ...
This taco bell was awesome. The workers were so friendly and nice. They seemed to be short staffed and were handling the volume well. Food was good. We are from out of town and our local taco bell is not up to his level. When we travel again we will be sure to visit this location. Big plus, they had an awesome Halloween display!
I ordered two veggie burritos it was very specific and there was a mistake made, wasn’t too mad about it : the car was loud so they probably couldn’t hear. The guy who helped us was so nice about it! Will definitely be coming back here, super friendly :
Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the food but it's delicious hot and ready. The only problem I have with this particular Taco Bell and most of the Taco Bells is that they tend to run out of their product. Which is ironic. Besides then not too bad I don't think I've ever had a wrong order from either Taco Bell in my area South Willow Street or 2nd Street one. And I've always been treating with respect there Kid-friendliness: And pretty much anything on the menu my friend's kids eat. And the environment there is definitely kids friendly
I understand that late nights with poor pay leads to understaffed stores and overworked employees. But when I pull into a drive through 40 minutes before a place closes, wait patently for 30 minutes to order and then 10 minutes to get 3 burritos, I don't think it's too much to expect that the order contain all the items, including a few hot sauce packets. Management at this location either needs to hire more staff of step in to help during the closing rush.
Dillon is the worse employee there, I watched him drop the taco wraps on the floor and then pick it up and used the dirty soft shell and made a taco and placed it in someone’s bag. It wasn’t my food but I witnessed it and I’ll never go there again. that’s the grossest thing I’ve ever seen in fast food industry. Dillon should be fired, they need to review footage to assure the food is clean and not tampered with
I've only been here once, that was enough. I called in an order, drove out to get it, and went to work. They gave me someone else's food. Drove back out to get the correct order. By the time I was able to eat my food, it all tasted like hamburgers, because they used the same grill to cook my eggs and hash browns.
The staff here is excellent in customer service and kindness, most nights they’re short staffed and overwhelmed with customers, and they always give you a warning on the wait time, push thru as quickly as possible, and always provide a decent product. I used to go here 2-3 times a week after I got out of my Night Shift job and not once did I have a quality control issue.
Got an UberEATS order at 6:48pm. When I got there I was told it would only take about 10 minutes over 40 minutes of waiting and being told it would be done soon they just started the order at 7:30pm. Only 3 people were making food and 1 was at the drive thru the rest of the workers were just standing around. Great place to get food if you like waiting almost a hour.
Love this place, was there when some dude freaked out over a worker going to the bathroom because he "needed his 25 cents NOW " and the cops had to come. i doordash regularly and hear the guy calls their store threatening the poor dylan guy non stop i even see a review from the psycho . its sad how these hard workers are treated . i have never had an issue at this store the workers are always kind and always working
