Omg' this visit was awesome the cashier was super friendly' All I ordered was a Large Cup of Ice water.!" Now my throat is super Moist.
I love Taco Bell but this location in particular ALWAYS messes up my order. This time their mistake went beyond unacceptable as they not once but TWICE gave us full sugar Pepsi instead of diet the first time actually also included a sweet tea somehow??, which is a huge issue for those of us in the car with blood sugar considerations. The line was so backed up and we were already waiting past the drive up window, there was literally no point in trying to hail someone down a third time. At this point I'm simply always going to drive to the Taco Bell that's a couple more miles away further from my house, never going back here.
When I go there, they are always out of grilled chicken, the one time they have it today they still messed up my order. If you run out of something please let the customer know before they pull off only to find out that their order is not right so that they won't have to turn around. Customer service needs to be worked on specifically for communication purposes.
The chicken was okay but the mashed potatoes was dry and looked old so I threw them away. I would say that the worse part of my visit was and is the typical reason why I end up having a bad experience in most cases, the Attitude of the woman at the window. Just nasty attitude for no reason. I don't pay my hard earned money to be talked to like I'm someone's child or baby daddy. It has been programmed in these hood women that their attitudes are strangely attractive but it's not. It's offensive and unnecessary to treat a customer in this fashion. Too many women feel comfortable being disrespectful and, to me, that's not acceptable and I won't be back to this location.
Service is terrible! I went here last night and before we could even order, the cashier yelled over the speaker that she couldn’t hear us. We were ordering and after every order she would ask us if we’re done ordering? And at the end of the order they yelled don’t pass the yellow pole. Long wait to get the food and when we finally got the food they forgot to return my debit card back and we had to reverse in the drive thru and they said we were messing around in the car and it was actually not our fault. You’re suppose to give the card back as soon as the transaction has gone through.
The guy who took my order was very nice and happy, feels nice to eat where I feel welcome. I had nachos, great because I was craving some comfort food, also one taco and the guy was nice enough to decide my drink when I couldn't decide. I got Sprite which happened to be perfect. Then as I was driving with full stomach I was happy I picked Taco Bell.
I have been going to this Taco Bell kfc for two years because it’s the closed to me and consistently their customer service is herrendous and the drive thru, many years ago I worked for Taco Bell as a teen and the way they act in the drive thru would be unacceptable. I have been going to the one in silver spring lately even though the drive is longer, however tonight I tried to go to this one again after not coming for a few months and it’s the same terrible service. They sound annoyed , they aren’t up selling, I cancelled my order before even completing. I love Taco Bell but this branch just completely ruins it. Ownership needs to step in
They must improve their customer service it's very bad. I was waiting in drive-thru at the pickup window more than 10 minutes for my order. When I received my Mexican pizza it was totally cold and Soggy. Drive-thru location is not good because of the major intersection.
The popcorn chicken had next to no chicken in them and weren't hot and my taco was squished.
The people who work here are so rude, they actually told me to not drive up to the window so there time would look faster. Finally when I got my food, after 30 minutes of waiting, it has all the ingredients but looks like some one just face smashed it together and plopped it into the wrapper then tossed it into the bag. Oh and they didn't even give us napkins.
