The Young Female Manager needs to be retrained, Immediately! The staff under her shift pretty much does anything they want. Say anything they want vulgar language. Even jokes about dropping people's food on the floor and still serving it to them. SMH!Food: 1/5

Food is usually warm and tasty. Today it took nearly 30 minutes for my order to come out and when I got home both items were made incorrectly.

The staff are very nice, but it feels like this location is perpetually in a state of collapse. If Chernobyl were a Taco Bell, it would be this Taco Bell. The radios don't work, the asphalt is buckling, and my radiation badge has some serious issues with the Fire sauce. Doesn't support the app, either, which means no vegetarian wildness.

The service was good, but my bean burrito supreme was super cold.

Taco Bell the cheapest food for the most money God I miss those days when you could get stuff for $.59 is now closed three bucks

Visited the Bell in Colmar, Md. Daughter loves the Bell! Also a KFC at this location. Good, but they never give napkins or silverware, ask for it! Parking: There is a huge crater/hole at the end of the drive-thru. Be cautious when leaving. I reported it to the office, still there!

The absolute worst service ever experienced. I came here on my lunch break, and almost lost my job, because of how long it took to get food. The inside hasn’t opened back up since before Covid. I sat in the drive thru for literally 20-25 minutes. Then when I got to the front to order the person on the other end had the nerve to have a nasty attitude like I was interrupting their day. I don’t see how this location is still operating. Service is horrible and customer service is even worse. Will never come back here.

I would not recommend this place to anyone the food is made poorly the service is slow and the place is filthy there's soda machines don't work good the workers are unpositive and it is just a place I will not go ever again!tacos all nasty soaked.the workers are beyond lazy !!!

No online ordering. Extremely long line for the drive-thru. My sweet tea was hot. Had to ask for sauces and got attitude. Had to ask for my receipt, after the guy in front of me forget his. Never again. Should have gone to Burger King right next door.
