Taco Bell

Absolutely awful. First off they didn’t even have seasoning for the nacho fries so we got plain fries and then barely gave us any cheese in either of the cups we got with the fries. I asked for no tomatoes on my nacho fry “nachos” and it had them and it’s supposed to come with guac but didnt. Our soft tacos were so sad and neither had much meat on them. And on top of that my husbands NACHO FRY BURRITO had literally 1 fry and black beans when I asked for none. I’m usually pretty forgiving but literally every item was messed up in some way. I even placed an online order so how? Going to call tomorrow since it’s midnight and explain what happened cause this is ridiculous.

We ordered a total of 7 items. Only 1 item was anywhere close to made correctly and we are missing items. Sadly, this isn’t the first time. We don’t eat at this location due to constant quality issues. We decided to give it a try again and we are, yet again, disappointed. The pictures below are how we received a steak quesadilla. It was missing steak, and had excessive sauce, but was in the wrong package and looks like a 3 year old made it. It will be a very long time before we come back to this location again

There was a relatively long line at the drive through window for 8 pm on a Sunday night, but it moved fairly quickly. The Mexican pizza is back, but sold out. The staff was friendly. They provided plenty of sauce for our meals, compared to some restaurants these days that are skimpy even when you ask for a lot.

Only complaint I have about this location would be how busy they always seem to be. Yes, with that being said I’ve never had an issue with my order being wrong/anything missing. All of the employees are always seemingly happy and helpful anytime I’ve gone that is. Really have nothing bad to say. I’ve only done the drive thru so I don’t know much about the status of the inside of the store but the outside is always clean and well kept, if an employee just so happens to be taking the trash out, I’ve always had basically a stand off on if I was going to pull up and blow their way of them taking it out or if they were going to cave and go in front of my car…very pleasant location.

WOW!! Avoid this location if at all possible and go anywhere else. I ordered on the app for inside/curbside pickup. When I got to the location, the drive-thru line was a mile long, and the dining room was locked, so I couldn't pick up my order as I ordered it. I didn't have time to sit in the drive-thru for 45 minutes, so I had to leave and get food elsewhere, and to top it off, I have yet been able to get a refund. The whole idea that a location can just close their doors whenever they feel like it and still allow people to order inside pickup is nothing but a scam and is extremely unprofessional.

Every time 3/3 worst. If you want a Mexican pizza with a partially covered dish with only beans. Or if you pay for supreme, don’t worry about that they will cover you with a met and tortilla only taco. Let alone the time it takes. Absolute garbage. Good luck. Glad the employees will always stay in fast food, I would would give a negative 15

The app couldn't find my current location, or show the city of the selected location, so I wound up sending my order to another state with no way to fix it. Of all the fast food options, I do like that there are vegetarian options, even if my two favorites, loved for decades, are no longer available.

In my experience, they get orders wrong extremely often. Some Taco Bells are good and some are awful. This one's awful.

Best fiesta potatoes i’ve ever had. I hope i don’t tear up the bathroom but if i do, it will be worth it. I thank my lord and savior for this location.

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE BAD FOOD AND SERVICE. I ordered through the app for In-person pickup and I get there and the dining room is closed and than told I have to go through drive-thru which is at least a 20-30 minutes wait. This defeats the whole purpose of ordering online. This was lunchtime and they should be able to have your dining room open at lunchtime. Also they have signs saying there dining room is open but it isn't.
