Taco Bell

It's taco bell, the hippest fast food. Best dollar menu industry wide. Honestly surprised by sub 4 star rating...I enjoy everything from their 12 pack mixed supreme, cinnamon twisted, Carmel apple empanadas, or even extinct items they still resurrect for me like a steak baha chaulupa

Can I start off by simply stating, “wow.” The order was completed in a timely matter, in a no nonsense type of way. The food was fresh, fun, and fire! Thank you Taco Bell, I can only imagine the icy fresh taste of your purest water.

Not really impressed. They are not consistent. Some days the meal is perfect. Others, not so much. Whenever I order a drink through the drive-through, there is a 50/50 chance it will come out perfectly fine, or disgustingly watered down. It is far more likely that the cup will be filled to the point where taking a drink will cause the contents to spill onto me and the car. I have not had that kind of problem with the food. The person taking orders in the drive-through in the morning would clearly like do be doing anything else.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time at Taco Bell.. So get this, I finished my order on the self checkout. I go to the front and ask for my drink cup since I wanted to get the cup filled prior to getting my order. The MANAGER was counting a drawer but literally right by the cups. I asked her for my cup and she told me to wait until she was done counting. LIKE WHAT???? You can’t reach over one foot and get me a cup? Something that will take you two seconds? People need to learn customer service skills… Taco Bell, check you staff…

Horrible service. I kept giving this place another chance but was served meat in a vegetarian order for the third time. The employees are extremely apathetic and never said a word to us after ordering in the drive through. Just put our food out the window. Called to complain that the meat in my food made me sick and was hung up on. Upon calling back the person on the phone got extremely defensive and asked me if I’m dying or if I went to the hospital. They did not care at all that someone is putting meat into vegetarian orders or that they made me sick. I would not risk eating here with any dietary restrictions or desire for for customer service.

I ordered Grubhub pick up so it’s faster .. ideally. They make me go through the drive through @ 2 am for 30 min for it .. I could’ve just went through the drive through in general. What is the purpose of this especially when it should’ve been ready at the time I walked in.. dash/Uber eats drivers are picking up food through the door as well. I get things take time sometimes but .. to make me sit through the line for an extra 30 min is ridiculous.

Thank you for being open 24 hours. The drive through line was very long and I thought it would take a long time. They were super efficient and friendly, even at 3 am on a Friday night.

Love it way more than the other joints next store ...they boosted there prices and the food is ho-hum..taco bell has stayed the same keep it up !!!!!Food: 4/5

Came around lunch time, and the food was prepped quickly! Everything was clearly fresh, probably the best Taco Bell food I’ve ever had.

If you like being degraded while eating degrading food, this is the place for you. The manager of this place is just a terrible person who shouldnt be allowed to work with the public.
