I just wanna give this Taco Bell a huge shout out last night me and my husband went to the Taco Bell on 5600 west and they gave us cold fries and barley had any in it so my husband called them well actually called the wrong one than the right one and the guy was really rude and lied about what his position was so my husband called this store and asked what he could do to report them they told us to come today and they would fix those fries for us . We got there and added a couple burritos and they gave it to us all for free and gave us both a drink and apologized to us even tho it wasn’t there mistake I appreciate them so much the general manager and assistant manager rock at this store. Thank you so much I recommend going to this Taco Bell

Can’t count the number of times this place gets your order wrong. Today I made sure my order was correct on the screen before pulling up and it was. I get home and it’s somehow wrong. Please explain to me how you can’t read simple things on a screen and do them.

Been coming here since i was in elementary school. It has it's moments of not that great, but honestly- overall it hits the spot 8/10X!! NEVER made me nor my family sick! Customer service is 50/50, usually there is a teenager that's Emo and suuper quiet and seems super negative about life. But tonight, they were so helpful and happy. It really does change the moral of the place by positive attitude!

Food was good. And customer service was great. However there was a lot of cussing and yelling coming from the kitchen. The conversations could be heard in the lobby and not of a professional subjects. Large parking lot. Handicap assessable. Plus size friendly.

Very poor management around 12:00am on 3/5/23. Ive worked in a taco bell before. ive had some bad orders before but wow. how do you mess up that bad. My Dlt taco shell was very stale. I ordered 2 soft taco supremes. got 2 regulars. then a quesdilla which was barely warm. cheese barely melted. when brought to the managers attention he just walked away and closed the window....And you people demand a higher pay for minimum wage??? get a better work ethic and people skills!!!

I'm ordering through the app pretty regular and I haven't gotten my drink hardly. Out of the 4 recent order I have only gotten it once. That's pretty annoying when the drinks are expensive and I have a note on my profile to make sure I get my drink yet it doesn't happen. And zero refunds for it. I'm sick od this location.

Service wasn't rude but wasn't pleasant either. Crave box and a chicken chulupa. The nacho fries were cold and flavorless. And where has any of the meat gone? Two little chicken chunks with tons of lettuce and sour cream. That's the way most items were...couple little bites of meat but plenty of lettuce and sour cream. Will be a very, very long time before I go back.

Food was great but my spicy potato soft taco had like 3-4 little pieces in it lol otherwise not bad

Went to Taco Bell today for lunch. The employee behind the resister had his nose hanging out of his mask. The tables to sit at were Dirty. The food didn't have hardly any meat in it, for the money I spent I could have went somewhere else and had better than what I got here. You're not going to get Full here so save your money and go elsewhere.

Oh yup! Ordered me some hard shell tacos. Enjoyed my hard shell tacos and couldn’t be more pleased with my visit. Actually, all of my visits here are always outstanding.
