Worst Taco Bell in town hands down. They're always out of things, never enough staff, and very slow. I had two hard all lettuce "beef" chalupas, and this kid size burrito... AWFUL!! Stay away. Unfortunately whoever owns this doesn't care at all.

They wrapper the paper wrapper into the burrito food was horrible had to wait 35 minutes in the drive thru with nobody in front of me the workers were arguing the worst Taco Bell ever

Apparently they can’t get anything right. Not only did they take forever they got the sauces wrong which I ordered on the app and when I pulled up to the drive through they confirmed them. I don’t eat beef so ordered chicken burritos, bean burritos and black bean crunch wrap and guess what? Everything in the bag was beef. I can’t unwrap every burrito while in the drive through so got home and realized it was all beef and two potato tacos. Did they run out of beans? I ordered 8 bean burritos. I called and they can’t refund orders from the app so I’m going to have to fight customer service now. Lucky me!

This taco bell is absolutely awful. It close during the middle of happy hour in the middle of the week and never has convenient open hours. It doesn't even bother to explain why it is closed half the time. It's also a disgusting mess inside with messy tables and sticky floors. There's a better taco bell down Sheridan in the westminster area you might as well go there

I love taco bell but you're better off going to Longmont, buying a cow and then killing it and then make you some fresh tacos than ordering from here. We waited 10 minutes before we could order thinking that perhaps someone in front of us had made a large order, but no. We got stuck in the round about for 30 minutes after that since there were vehicles behind us, we were trapped. Save yourself 40 minutes of your time and go to the Chick fil A or the Sonic down the street. I'm sorry Mr. or Mrs. Manager but this store is kind of weak compared to their local competition.

Don't expect anything to be correct unless you go in person and order. Tried the App for the first time, not sure if it was the delivery, or the store, but absolutely never doing that again. Every meal was missing an item, one drink was missing. The food we did get had very small portions.

Worst taco bell ever. They are slower than slow can possibly be!!! It's been like this for years too!! Every single time I go to this location it is ridiculous wait time and honestly doesn't make me want to give them business anymore. Something is lacking here in training, or just hiring incomoetent people that it has been this insanely slow in their drive through service as long as it has. People have lives and don't have time to just sit around waiting for mediocre food that is supposed to be "fast" smh!

The food and quality here are as you would expect at a Taco Bell, not bad, however when they put things together it comes out looking like a 3rd grader got ahold of a Box of crayons. Also their customer service here is absolutey trash, When you pull up to order food you get nothing but disgruntled gruffs and attitude as if it's your fault they have to work there. I know a lot of that seems like just complaining but from a professional standpoint the customer service here is absolutely terrible.

Don’t bother going—they have turned me away multiple times now, every time citing that they’re closing early due to staffing problems. Really? That’s why your lights are still on and you have several cars in the parking lot? Update your operational hours on the internet! Horrible management, if this is indeed the case. Chik-Fil-A across the street doesn’t seem to have a problem with staffing. I’ve seen at least 6 cars go through the Taco Bell drive through, all being turned away while waiting for my chicken sandwich. Ownership needs to get their act together—missing out on easy money.
