Everytime we come to this location the workers seem like they hate being there and always slop our food together, we started going to the one down the road but chanced it today out of convenience and my chalupa was half filled, all the tacos were soggy, chicken taco was absolutely disgusting and inedible looked like it had been sitting out for hours! Burrito was literally empty... Sick of this location at this point.
3.99 for a freeze that wasn’t filled all the way and looks like it had nothing too it. Wow and it took 7 minutes to make. No one was in front of me either. She struggled to make this drink and also took me it was working fine. Clearly that was a lie and waste of my money which I will get back from my bank. Next time say it isn’t working instead of giving people this rip off of a “large” drink?
You don't usually expect much from Fast Food now days. We went there around 8/9 PM on Monday. The guy working was GREAT! Super friendly, quick and the food was delicious!Food: 5/5
Made a mobile order at this location- another customer was given my order. Waited half an hour for them to remake my order and was then given yet another customers order. Employees were not listening to customers at all- every single customer inside and in the drive thru came back with a complaint about their order while I was inside. Not expecting much from a Taco Bell but this is beyond terrible customer service.
For taco bell it is good. Kids like to come here and haven't had issues with orders. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I usually have a wait even with nobody in line.
Used uber eats, just got the worst order of tacobell ever. quality is trash and missing half my order, and uber eats wouldn't give me my money back. i guess they all get paid not to give a &uck. Thanks for nothing. had to dispute with my bank. CALLING CORPRATE OFFICE TO FILE A REPORT WITH MY ORDER#
Worst Taco Bell i have ever been to. Dirty, rude, can't speak English or at least the person I dealt with couldn't. And that was after standing there for almost 15 min before she would even attempt to take my order, which she got wrong 3 times. No lids for the cups, no napkins, no sauce for my tacos that I didn't order but I wasn't about to try and fix it after being there nearly 35 minutes for a take out order.
The app selected a far away location by default. it did not give me an option to select during the order process or even confirm. I messaged the driver to cancel it. Then they marked it complete. I never received the order and i have had to use your contact form 3 times now. This is ridiculous, refund my money. $19.44 Order Total order. 980543
I told them no tomatoes. They still gave me tomatoes. I send it back telling them. Im allergic to tomatoes. They scrape the tomatoes off the top & add cheese and other toppings. Leaving a lot of tomatoes behind for me to eat. So i brought it back again. Asking for a refund as my throats closing. No one cared. To say i wont be back is an understatement. When i got my refund. The manaer was super rude & only wanted to give me a partial refund citing the small drink was missing. I really should go back and throw it at her.
Got some take out tonight and received the WORST customer service from the OLD white lady at the window. We asked for a drink carrier and she acted like it was coming out her pocket then she flipped me off upon leaving. I want to be contacted about this incident because someone who acts like that needs to be fired immediately!!!
