Taco Bell

my heart breaks to write this review as i am an avid and loyal taco bell goer. i have been a frequent flyer at this taco bell, but, i suppose all good things must come to an end. over the past few months i have been consistently disappointed by this taco bell. everytime i receive nacho fries there is little to no seasoning on them and it’s really disappointing. anytime i order anything that requires a fork i do not receive one. my burritos are never made correctly made and my first bite is always a big glob of unmixed nacho cheese. i used to think that maybe this is just the way that taco bell is? that i should settle for mediocrity, that i should not thoroughly enjoy my taco bell experience? that was until i went to a location in boston and enjoyed the most fresh, hot, delectable taco bell that i didn’t have to wait 40 minutes for! the staff and management are completely to blame, and although i would like to not be hard on the minimum wage workers, i cannot fathom why they would not want to do work that they are proud of. also forgot to mention that one time i watched a creepy man at the window write down my name off of my credit card… weird. shame on you, brunswick taco bell/kfc!

Hadn't eaten breakfast, and it was after 3, so I decided on a 5 piece "big box meal". Thankfully, I ordered 2 sides because I would have received more chicken on a McDonalds sandwich. The booths and tables weren't being wiped down between guests, and I dont know how many times our booth had been filled to accumulate the amount of crumbs on the seat, and buttery smudgy messes on the table,but it had probably been a couple.

I'm not sure if diminished brain function and rudeness are prerequisites to work here, but it seems that is the case. Ordered 6 tacos, a Quesadilla, and a grilled cheese steak burrito. Nothing special about it. All they had to do was make sure the food got to the bag. Opened it up when I got home and no burrito. When I called I was told I could come back for the missing item. Sure my food here will be cold , and those tacos were sogging up as we spoke. You know what I'm talking about. You take a bite and the whole thing goes out from under you like some Indiana Jones trap door. The woman on the phone was not only rude, but talked over me the whole time and hung up. She had orders to take. Most likely they will get half of what they order. No wonder she would not pass me to the manager. It seems they make their money taking yours and only giving you part of the order. 2 stars given because the food was half decent. Taco Bell, you owe me $6.

First thing they did wrong was give supreme instead of regular tacos and packed it all to go instead inside so we decided to just leave. When we got home and started eating the food we noticed a hair in the nacho fries. So we stopped eating those and moved onto the nachos bell grande, well that was even worse we found multiple hairs in the nachos. Chicken was also cold and not appetizing at all.

i went to get some food with my fiancé around 2:40-3:00 monday afternoon. we had just gotten the taco bell rewards app because i’m 33 weeks pregnant and all i’ve been wanting to eat has been taco bell, and well the rewards app doesn’t work here. so we went inside and waited to order for what seemed forever as the front was unattended and the line started to get longer as time went on. when we finally ordered i needed to use the restroom because pregnancy lol as soon as i opened the door it smelt like a rat curled up and died in there. i left immediately and went and sat down and from what we saw, the kitchen looked absolutely disgusting. we got our food and i did a slight check to see if our food was there and it looked like it was, but when we got to the car i pulled out the food to separate mine and my fiancés food, i noticed a cheese roll up was missing so he went back inside to get one before we left, the cook out back was being quite rude to my fiancé as he argued he put it in the bag and made it a much bigger deal than it needed to be. if i wanted free food i would’ve asked for something else we ordered that was much higher in value not a tortilla with cheese.. but to the workers that were there today, thank you for giving us a reason to not come here again.

We got home… there was hair in the Mashed potatoes clearly not any of our it was BLACK . We called and asked to speak to the manager on duty. Well we were very nice at first he told us everyone in that kitchen was wearing a hairnet all day so there’s no way it could’ve happened… We replied telling him it was gross to have hair in the food in the first place but to deny it and not fix it is even More disgusting. He told us we were disgusting and if we didn’t like it to not go there… So that’s how it will be!

Went to restaurant ordered food and then asked when they where making my beefy cheesy melt to steam it. The cook had sarcastic attitude saying he was doing that. The they never announced our order being done so it sat on the counter a few minutes. No ice for the soda machine. Which is clearly marked but not the issue. My issue is that we ordered 28 bucks in food and never received our crunchy melt black bean taco.

Mixed, the food either sucks or is okay. Always check for missing items, they've consistently forgotten items in drive thru for us. Tips for okay food: don't order in opening or closing hours, don't go when it's busy, and go into the lobby so you can swap out the wrong/missing items.

I asked for cheesy fiesta potatoes. And I got a kfc side dishsmaller dish then it is supposed to come in 75% full of sour cream and nacho cheese with barely any potatoes and…. They gave me three kfc fries with a few tiny pieces of potato because they were clearly out of potatoes and decided not to say anything. Horrible food service and the issue could’ve been solved if they just told me they were low on potatoes.

The crew was on point tonight. Drive thru wasn't a very long wait, reasonable for the length of the line. The guy that took my order was very friendly and personable. They ran out of chalupas and was gonna be a wait so they offered an alternative and I had no issues with that. Yall need to send a crew in to fix their signs and stuff though. For the business they do, you don't want it to be poorly represented js. Short of it, I'm very happy with my experience tonight
